I have experienced many of the same complaints stated in many of these postings! HomEq has tried to send me to foreclosure as well many times and has offered no help in modifying my loan. You would think that the company they are representing (Wells Fargo in my Case) that they would want to hear a reasonable solution or terms to save a foreclosure or loss to their company. My home is in a new neighborhood and they have dropped the prices $40,000 dollars. So, if HomEq or Wells Fargo wants to take that loss to a Sheriffs Sale then so be it! There hasn't been a home sold in my neighborhood in 8 mos. You better believe I will fill BK before I pay them any legal fees!
