HomeQ is not that bad! Comments from an unidentified "Pissed" mortgage servicing employee

What I think is sad, is how people are so quick to blame everyone but themselves, rather than take a look at it from a realistic, not to mention, legal perspective. It's much more often that you will see a complaint about a company from a consumer, than it is to see some sort of commendation. Why? When you're a happy consumer, (which is what most of us want to be) you speak with 500 respectful representatives, and then there is that one person you speak with who may unfortunately be having a bad day, then you say, "Oh my goodness, HomeQ is so rude!" or a mistake was made, say your counties tax collector reports to HomeQ that you are delinquent on your taxes, and HomeQ pays the aforementioned taxes to prevent a tax lien- and they raise your payment. All HomeQ knows is that they paid the money, and until they receive a refund, this is the amount you have to pay. Seriousley, it's not a scam, no one is trying to weasel you out of your money, and if you logically think about it, I'm sure you would agree that HomeQ would prefer that you pay your bill on the due date, which in turn would prevent fees from happening which ultimately keeps more money in your pocket. Just a logical thought you may want to ponder. It's business, and it's not an elaborate scam as some of the posters I've read have interpreted it to be. HomeQ doesn't need to be the scapegoat just because you've found yourself in a tough situation and want someone other than yourself to blame. Take responsibility for your life.

Of course your going to comment on "How Great" the company you work for is. You need your job! How about the customer service rep that harrassed me for my work and financial information because I paid my mortgage payment during the grace period and she didn't bother doing the research to find that I HAD paid it and I had to give this person the confirmation # in order to get her off my back! She actually said that I should sell my home, when I can in fact afford my mortgage payments! It's always something with Homeq! I wish they would have never changed servicing agents, I was much happier with Litton. So, Mr./Ms. Homeq employee, I understand why you commented what you did, there are probably few jobs in your area for you.
