HomeQ - The company employees are rude and not helpful at all.
My son has a variable interest rate.He was told that after 6 months he could get it to a fixed rate upon payment record.
Never late and three years later and a much higher and hard to pay mortgage Homeq has not done a thing to help. He has sent every document that they have requested.
What does it take to get help. He doesn't want to loose him home and his pay doesn't cover this new high payment.
One more thing is that he is never allowed to speak to a manager.Just the operators who are collectors only.
